[W1SMH] May SMHARC Meeting and Field Day

Hello All 
This is to announce that the SMHARC Monthly Meeting will be held this Tuesday May 16th at Norton Media Center 184 West Main St 2nd Floor rear. This is the small shopping center with Goat City Pub in the front. Stairs are via the entrance at the back end of the building. There is anElevator in the main lobby in the center of the building The ARES EmComm meeting starts at 7:00PM, The Club Business meeting follows that at about 7:45PM
This is the second to last meeting before Field Day On Saturday June 25thWe would like to see a better turnout for Field Day this year than last.We need setup people on Saturday morning, We need Pack up People on Sunday Afternoon BUT MOST OF ALL WE NEED OPERATORS FOR ALL HOURS OF THE 24 HOUR OPERATION!!!!Based on the number of people that are on our Roster and that get this email we should have no problem with StaffingBUT WE DO!  We would love to see all those "Members" that we haven't seen at a meeting lately both at the May & June Meeting but at Field Day also. You don't have to be a "Contester" to operate any of the Stations, We are not Super Competitive, we just want to have a Good Time. We can have an experienced operator with you to Log and Guide you.Even if you don't have your license yet, you can operate with one of our licensed members as "Control Operator"DONT BE THE SILENT MAJORITY!! Come on out and renew old friendships, relearn some rusty skills and have a GOOD TIME!!!
