[W1SMH] Halloween Parade a great success

A sincere thank you to the almost one dozen members of the SMHARC who came out to support the Annual Norton Halloween Parade. It seems like it was the largest parade that we have had in a long time.The Crowds of Spectators also seemed to be larger than last year.Working with a new Parks & Rec Director always puts a new spin on things. Now if we could only get people to come tothe staging area in the right direction.While it is fresh in your mind let me know if you have any suggestions for next year.
