[W1SMH] CQ Field Day and Meeting announcement

Hello AllWe ARE BAAAAACCCKKK with Field Day at the Park .After a two year hiatus because of COVID we will return to WW I Memorial Park for Field Day This Year.Field Day is a HAM Radio Emergency Exercise disguised as a Contest. The Club will be operating several stations located in trailers or tents on Emergency Power with portable antennas. The object is to contact as many other stations that you can across the Country and around the World.
So all of our members past and present as well as the General Public are welcome and urged to have a Field Day reunion on Saturday or Sunday June 25th and 26th at World War I Memorial Park Elmwood St. North Attleborough Ma. In the Upper Circle past the Fire Tower.Set up will start shortly after 9:00AM on Saturday, Operation will start at 14:00 Hrs Saturday and run until 14:00 Hrs on Sunday Everyone is welcome to come to help, come and operate (No Pressure) or just come to renew friendships. 
We will also have a GET ON THE AIR (GOTA) station for people who are interested in Ham Radio but haven't gotten their license yet.You can operate and talk to the world under the guidance of a Licensed Ham Radio Operator.Saturday night supper will be a Pizza Party.
For those of you who will be operating Field Day from your home station, Please remember to submit your logs to the ARRL and identify Sturdy Memorial Hospital ARC as your club so that your scores will count towards ours.
So Come up when ever you can for as long as you can. We will also need help taking down and packing up after 14:00Hrs on Sunday.For the General Public, the best time to visit is Mid afternoon on Saturday and Mid Morning on Sunday.
Also remember our last Club Planning meeting will be this coming Tuesday Night June 21st ARES Meeting at 19:00Hrs Business meeting shortly thereafter usually about 19:30-19:45. Meetings are now held at the Norton Media Center (Cable TV Studio) at 184 West Main St (Route 123) Norton, Ma.This in the strip shopping center with Goat City Pub. The Studio is located on the Second floor Rear of the Building. For those needing an Elevator, use the Entrance in the Center of the building take the elevator to the 2nd fl and the Cable Studio Door will be on your right at the end of the Hall.
