There will be scouts from all over visiting the ship that day so we make contacts from 10 AM-3 PM local time or there about showing them radio, talking to them and may put some on the air. We’ll be on 40 and 20 meters for sure and probably at least one other hf band conditions and available antennas pending and I’m going to try to be on the scout dmr talkgroup 907 if possible however I need soldering done on my hotspot, a couple sma connectors for the antennas and it’s a little tighter than I want to do so at this point it depends on if I get that together or not. Sometimes we’re also on the 146.805 fall river repeater on 2 meters but generally don’t make many contacts there so I don’t know if we will this year. Anyone can make contact if they want, or if anyone wants to come say hi, they can do that and operate even. We’ll be on the battleship Massachusetts in the ward room. Sadly not using ship radios but we hope to someday and have in the past but only one person has access to them and he’s not going to be available.

Ray, can you also mention that May 18 I'm doing the road race in
Middleboro again that some of the guys have helped with in the past?
It's short, easy event, if anyone's interested they can email me
n1umj at arrl.net, call me or text me 508-345-8970 or call hamshack
hotline 4309. It's generally about 2 hours for those as far out on the
course as you can get, less for those closer and leave as soon as the
last person is past you so some are only there a very short time. We
