Subject: [mras_general] //WL2K August RACES nets on Monday Aug 6 HF at 6:45 PM EDT, Region 2D and 2A VHF nets at 7:30 PM EDT and Region 4 net at 7:15 PM EDT.

The first Monday of every month, unless the first Monday is a holiday, is a test of the Massachusetts RACES and ARES communication capabilities.  If the first Monday of the month is a holiday, then the test is delayed one week and will be held the following Monday.
This month the first Monday is Aug 6 and the nets will be held on Monday Aug 6.

6:45 PM EDT HF net:  using the following frequency plan:
We will start at 3930 KHz moving up to 3955 KHz until there is a clear frequency,
Marc Stern WA1R will be net control.

7:30 PM EDT VHF net on 146.865 MHz PL 103.5 (Sharon Repeater)
We will have  a general call up of any RACES, ARES, or other interested stations.  .
Jeff Marden N1JCM will be net control.

7:30 PM EDT VHF net On the Dartmouth 147:00 + 67.0 PL repeater.
