Hello to all, 
    
    
    I have attached the October edition of the Region #2      RACES/Emergency Communications News letter. I am working on      getting a place set up on the WC1MAB website to house previous      editions of the newsletter as well as the current preamble and log      sheets as the previous file structure was damaged and is currently      not working.
