Subject: BAA 10K volunteering

Hi Ray,

The BAA 10K is just a month away, on Sunday, June 21. They’re looking to close volunteer registration this week, and the ham radio team is still short of operators needed to support the race. I was wondering if you’d had a chance to consider signing up? It’s always a really great event for volunteers—big enough to have lots of energy and excitement, but small enough that you can see how your work fits in with the rest of the event.

Please join us if you can—it’d be great to have you on the team. Just go to the BAA 10K volunteer page, press “Volunteer Now,” and fill out the form. If you have any questions about the process, just let me know and I should be able to clear things up for you. Please sign up as soon as you can—registration will close as soon as we have enough volunteers.

Thank you,
