The attached is the submittal form for the 2015 field day (at the very bottom after the summary info)
Pictures also submitted for points 
1. agency official Ray Cord (emergency mgmnt)2. elected official John Bellissimo3. Youth visitors (interpreted as participants but not operators) - we did have one operator.4. info booth5. education session (Ray explaining "things" to visitors
I could not squeeze any more points from the info I have.Changes are still possible till July 28 if anyone can come up with moreproofs of other items.
