 Hello
Just a heads up for your calendar planning. Saturday June 20th is stacking up to be a very busy day for Public Events.
Norton Founders Day which is a Town Picnic, Band Concerts, Games, Rides and Food Court starts at 5:00 PM
and runs to 9:00PM when the Fireworks go off.
It is held at the H.A. Yelle School- Norton High School Campus on West Main St (Route 123) across fro Honey Do Donuts

It is a great event for CERT, MRC and other Volunteer Groups to pitch in and help out with a Town wide event.
We typically start setting up early afternoon and ask all Volunteers to be on site by 4:00PM.
Our duties typically are Power, Lighting, Info Booth, First Aid Tent, Parking Lot Control, Traffic Control and Public Safety & Security.
It is a great family event so plan on bringing the whole family
If you can only work part of the shift that's OK Too everyone is welcome to do what they can.
I will be sending out more info as time gets closer, but I wanted to make sure you knew the date so you could plan accordingly.

If you can let me know your availability ASAP via email, I can start slotting people in.

Thank you
