Subject: Norton Founders Day Picnic & Fireworks

Just a reminder that the Annual Norton Founders Day Picnic and Fireworks 
will be held on
Saturday June 21st from 5PM To 9:30PM    (Rain Date June 28th)  at the H 
A Yelle School-Norton High School Campus 64 West Main St Norton (Route 123)
We will need  Volunteers to help with Information Booth, Parking Lot 
Control,
Lighting and Power Generation, Crowd Safety as well as First Aid.
We will be using 2 meter simplex for Communications
Volunteers should plan to arrive on site at 4PM. We will schedule Supper 
Breaks in the 7:30 Time frame.
The Uniform of the Day will be  HiViz Shirt or T Shirt, with HiViz Vest, 
BaseBall Cap, Long Pants or shorts can be dark or light in color and 
sneakers are OK
Please remeber to Bring a flashlight with spare batteries and Traffic 
Wand if you have it.
We will start setting up the area after Lunch on Saturday so if someone 
can't make the Main Event you are
certainly welcome to help setup.
Volunteer Parking will be on the Left (East) side of the H A Yelle 
School. Enter via the driveway closest to BankAmerica. Park on the left 
side of the drive way nose into the BankAmerica fence on the grass.
I know a few of you have told me of your availability, but I need to 
make another pass and ask everyone who can help out
Please reply to me only on this email with your available time(s) even 
if you have already told me
Since this is a Family event with a lot of Games and Activities for the 
Kids, please feel free to bring your whole Family.
