Subject: URGENT - CHANGE - Final news for the 5K and 10K

At long last, radio coverage in and around the stadium was finally done
today. It turns out that the trouble of hauling a portable repeater into
the stadium to overcome a lot of steel and concrete was not as productive as
a specific existing repeater.

HERE ARE THE FREQUENCIES TO BE USED TUESDAY; Program them into your radio
ASAP.

NOVEMBER 146.865 MHz ( - ), CTCSS 103.5 Hz

UNIFORM 147.420 MHz (Simplex)

NOVEMBER is the primary for all event communications. UNIFORM is secondary,
to be used by direction of Net Control.

You can park in the HAM PARK lot (shown in blue) which is reserved for
volunteers. Then walk around the stadium to Volunteer Registration. Or, I
recommend, that you can park in the (pink) lot on the east side of the
stadium near the Pro Shop. The reason is that the Volunteer Registration is
between the Pro Shop and the CBS Scene.

At the Volunteer Registration tent you will check in with the ham on duty,
receive a bright red T-shirt for event identification, and get your specific
assignment with direction to get there (if possible). Hams assigned to be
within the stadium will also be given a special credential authorized by
security.

The most recent weather forecast indicates fair conditions in the afternoon
and evening.

Be sure to stay for the fireworks as the sky darkens.
