[W1SMH] Norton Halloween Parade

I didn't want to wait until the SMHARC business meeting to announce the Norton Halloween Parade
It will be on Sunday Oct 30th Staging starts at 10:30 Parade steps off at 12 Noon 
Preliminary registrations indicate that it will be bigger and better than last year.
Police and Fire will line up on route 123 in Attleboro facing east in the eastbound lane.
This will give us more room on Pleasant St and Planet fitness to manuever floats and marchers.
Please put this date on your calander, bring the family it is a great time for all
