Region 2 MEMA will be active, originally around 9-10 tonight but I'm told 
now I may be needed earlier so the RACES nets will be activated, if someone 
has the means to by some miracle monitor either 147.000 or 146.865 which 
will probably be better  as well as 195 to keep region 2 posted what's going 
on in this area, we'd appreciate it, we'll be monitoring more than enough 
radios with 4 RACES nets, MEMA radios and whatever else happens to find it's 
way in the mix.
