For those of you who have already signed up or if you would like to sign up please do.
 
Here is the plan
Volunteers should plan to arrive at 4:00PM on Sunday August 14th 
Volunteer parking is in the H.A. Yelle School Left side parking lot next to BankAmerica
Park Nose in to the fence or Grass not parallel
 
Assigments will be similar to First night ; Parking Lot Control , Traffic Control on site
Crowd safety, roving patrols and fireworks perimeter control
 
There will be plenty of activities for the family so feel free to make it a family affair.
There will be food vendors but this is a picnic so feel free to bring your own food
 
The fireworks show will be over by 9:30PM so we should be clear by 10:00PM
 
The uniform of the day is Hi Viz vests and flashlights with traffic wands, Hats and sun block

The Ham Freq will be 146.55 simplex no PL
 
In the event of rain the rain date is August 21st
 
I will be sending out emails and phone calls in the event of a rain postponement
