Hi Will,
I wanted to correct your information. I just returned from visiting with
Syl, N1DKF and his wife Jane, NZ1K.
He looks great but has significant trouble speaking with the tube in his
throat, etc.
We spoke about setting up a CW oscillator.
Syl is not in the Woonsocket Health Center at 262 Poplar St. I went there
and found that
no one knew who he was. Obviously, get well cards mailed there will not find
Syl either.
He is in the RI Rehabilitation Hospital on Rt 146A, just south of Park
Square. This is the same
rehab hospital where he spent three months in early 2009, following his
intensive care stay at Miriam Hospital.
Syl's address is:
Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island
Room 315
116 Eddie Dowling Highway (Rt 146A)
North Smithfield, RI 02896
The phone number of the hospital is (401) 766-0800 and you may get driving
directions and more information
at http://www.rhri.net/<http://www.rhri.net/> .
73,
Bob Beaudet, W1YRC
