[W1SMH] ARES net

Hi all,
As some of you know, I've been net control for the ARES net most of the last 3 years. Unfortunately, I can't do it weekly anymore. My classes have started, and I'm so buried in stuff to do with them, a few projects I'm involved with, Other hobbies I really want to get active in again, friends who I've neglected more than I like because I can't find time to call or get together, some of the nets I'm NCS for have to go. As a checkin, I can multitask, as NCS I can't so I can still check in, for the time being I'd even be willing to work out an every other week thing with someone if they want to do that but I'm NCS for the East MA 2 meter traffic net Sunday and Wednesday right now, and giving one of those up as well, RACES nets once a month, once a month is no big deal, but then I'm net manager on the first region net every afternoon which I'm NCS at least 2 days a week for 2 sessions each day, and I'm there almost daily because of my rolls elsewhere in the NTS. Throw in school work, a few other things I want to do and can't, the fact I'm tied up at least 6 nights a week every week with NCS rolls for some net, meetings, and other things, it used to be the school work left over from during the week I did on Saturdays, now I don't see a free Saturday until November and I have 2 classes over by then. So, in thinking about it, I think some of the more regular nets are what has to give, I will still check in and be active with them, but I just can't be NCS every week anymore. I can fill in, I'm a fill in for more nets than I care to talk about. I need some of my nights back though. If no one steps up, I really hate to see the net go away, so I can try to be there but I can tell you now, there's no way I'll be there every week and probably won't be able to run it more than I will be able at least until mid to late December. I really hope someone will be able to pick it up  at least some weeks, I'd love to keep it up but I just don't have enough days in the week to do everything I want/need to and am getting burnt out with some of it and really would like to do other things with some of my nights.
There's nothing to it if anyone wants to pick it up, it's real easy and there are people who'd be ready, willing able and happy to help you along the way if you're new. I went in with big ideas I'd be willing to share, I just can't carry them out, it's time to pass the reins to someone else who can maybe work on a topic of the week and see if they can generate more interest. I have a lot of ideas, but no time, at least not right now.
