If anyone has not noticed yet, 147.195 has been down. That noise is back so bad the last couple days, starting late yesterday afternoon and I just tried it for the third time today since I got up and it's still bad, it's going until the machine times out, and also, it's so strong I'm actually having trouble with it taking the codes. I can't do it with the HT or Mobile from my house like once or twice before. I need the TS-2000, full power on the outside antenna so whatever it is, it's very strong, and if someone has time to go do some looking around for the source, it may be a good time. I noticed this last night early, tried before I went to bed, still bad, when I got up this morning, mid morning, and just now and the noise isn't even static like it used to be, that underlying hum we heard sometimes is strong and usually all there is. Maybe whatever the problem's been off and on is now on, but anyway, that's the story for Ray, and anyone else who might be wondering. I was going to suggest at the next meeting a controller change so it needs the PL tone to stay up, but if I'm having trouble getting to it enough for the access code to work, that's not going to help either.
