[W1SMH] small antenna project

Hi all, I'm wondering if someone might like to head up on my roof and figure 
out what's up with my packet antenna, SWR's good but it goes through 
everything when I use it, I'm thinking the shield isn't connected or 
something stupid like that, if someone would like to change the connector, 
problem is, it's on my vent pipe. I'd like to either fix what's there, or 
put something else there I can use there's no point in wasting that spot. I 
have connectors, I have another antenna I can stick up there if the 
antenna's bad, what ever. It's been up there not working right for a year 
now, that's a good run of coax, might as well use it for something. I don't
