[W1SMH] ARES net note

Hi all, just letting those that weren't at the meeting last night know, the 
Thursday night ARES net will be moved to 9 PM from the old slot of 8:30 PM 
in hopes that more people will be able to check in. Also, we have a bunch of 
very interesting topics for that net lined up coming up starting this week. 
Hope to hear you all there, we had 8 check ins a couple weeks ago, let's see 
if we can do that again tomorrow. The reminder will be on the repeater some 
time soon.
