[W1SMH] EchoLink thank you/space bar config options

also you can set it so you hit the spacebar or what ever once for on and 
again for off or my preference, hold it to talk let go to listen. though I'm 
never on echolink  lol.

Using the space bar as the PTT is configurable under
preferences > connections > PTT control.

You can set it to the left control key, right control
key, num pad + , or num pad enter
