4th Annual
 International Missing Children's Day
 Ham Radio Special Event Station.
"Searching All Four Corners of the World"
Public is Invited

·         Date and Time:  May 31st, 10 am to 4 pm

·         QTH:  USS Massachusetts, Battleship Cove, Fall River MA

·         Frequencies:  14.250 14.075 7.125 3.700

·         Call Sign:  KB1HGK, Radio Operators for Missing Children

Activities:

·         Three CW stations using WWII vintage radios will operate on USS
Massachusetts

·         Fingerprinting, ID's by Child Safety Education of America

·         Family of missing child Jennifer Fay

·         KB1HGK, Radio Operators for Missing Children will be present to
coordinate the event and suggest ways that ham radio operators can help to
find missing children.

·         CMARA, Members of Central Mass Amateur Radio Association will be
operating 3 stations at the event. www.cmara.org.

·         All contacts will receive 8.5 x 11 color certificate with special
sticker indicating contact was made while operating on the Battleship
Massachusetts

·         KB1HGK's American Flag will be flow on the Battleship during the
event

·         Any child operating a radio will receive a guest operator patch
and special event certificate

·         Club members will check in on the Sunday morning emergency nets
with the help of students spending Saturday night on the ship.

·         Activities still being planned Saturday evening, May 29th, station
will be set up to operate at 14.250 with help of students spending the night
on the battleship

·         APRS station May 31st
