[W1SMH] Field Day 2004 Items

In order to supply proof of bonus points claimed for FD2004, I need the
following items ASAP.  

 

- Hard copies of messages sent to section manager and others

- Copy of ARRL Bulletin

- CT files for each band/mode worked

- Photos of site/elected official visits, etc.

- Visitor logs

- Press releases
