[W1SMH] Resource Manual

Greetings:
During the recent Emergency Test, comment was made as the net secured that a
resource manual should be compiled to help operators in the performance of
net operations.

I quite agree, and would be willing to work on such a manual, especially
since, being new to the area, I am still learning about how things work
here.

I have worked on such manuals in the past, for Guilford County REACT,
Guilford ARES, and Triad Skywarn

I might suggest each member get a notebook. I could start creating pages and
distributing via email.

Suggestions, comments, submissions???
