Hello all
It is imperative that an accurate log be kept of all contacts made with the
call W1S. At a minimum:
	Location of operator and Station:
	i.e.	W1XS	Sturdy
	or	N1EZT	N1EZT

	Contact Information:
		UTC Time and Date		1945	25 Nov 2003
		Call of station worked	W7XYZ
		Band				7 MHZ
		Mode				SSB
Ken please insure that this information is collected and forwarded to me
W1XS.
A reminder no one should operate outside of their license authority (or that
of a present control operator's).

I would like to invite all members to be part of our 25th anniversary
celebration.

During the week of November 18th thru the 23rd, we will have the special
event call "W1S"

Our first night of operation, will occur after the Tuesday 11/18/03 business
meeting, when those who would like to can go up to the club shack and make
our first contacts.

After that I was hoping we could get folks to participate nightly, from the
club shack, or from their homes. The only thing I am looking for is for a
coordinated effort. We need to know when, and who, is going to be where at
what time.

And I know, until we get closer it will be hard to pin times down. Though as
we get closer I will need some commitments.
