[W1SMH] might need help

Hi all, I'm wondering if some one can help me,  my 2 meter antenna needs to
be moved and grounded, I was going to wait until spring but I just noticed
it's loose, mounted to the side of the house, I want to move it somewhere
else where it can be put above the roof of the house, now only about 3 feet
is over the roof and the ladder I was using fell so I left it loose, that's
6 years ago and now I think it's a good time to fix it. If some one/anyone
can come over some day before it gets cold and help me finish the job right,
I would greatly appreciate it, I also want to run the coax a different way,
that might be done Monday or so, but anyway, if anyone can help, it's not a
big job really, I don't need a lot of people, I got it where it is myself, 1
more person and I think we can finish the job right once and for all,  sorry
to bother everyone, but it is coming loose on the side of the house I
noticed with the wind the other day and I'm afraid if it falls it has a lot
of windows with in striking distance, that combined with my luck,  and I
have a problem. Like, no more antennas allowed anywhere on the house. I have
tools, a ladder, just about everything I need. Thanks and 73,  any time
