I just wanted to clarify my original e-mail and proposal. Many of you =
have asked for a copy of the CERT program proposal. It will help you if =
analyze it if you understand what I am looking for.

The purpose of the proposal was not to simply to depict how we are going =
to start the program. It will be obvious to anyone involved in CERT and =
anyone who reads the proposal that this wont be an easy task. Unlike my =
amateur radio club, it will not be "I want to start a club. OK Lets go!" =
it will take a little more work.

What I would like to do is get a group of 5 dedicated people that can =
meet on possibly a weekly basis sometimes in person, sometimes on the =
Internet, to help get the program started. These 5 people would make up =
the Program Planning and Logistics Team. The team would be charged with=20

=B7 Taking CERT training with another club if they intend to stay =
in the N. Attleboro team after commencement

=B7 Meeting weekly over the internet and in person

It is my hope that some of the people of the PPLT would be interested in =
working as Section leaders once the team is started and possibly as =
instructors.

=20

I would also like to see a core group of 10 additional people to take =
training with another CERT team to make up the NA team once we are ready =
to go and to possibly assist as instructors.

Any questions or comments please send me an e-mail
