[W1SMH] I'd like to introduce myself

Hello all,
     I am is Alexander Rullo, KB1JLU. I live in N. Attleboro MA and im =
16 years old. I became a ham on Feb 25th, my license grant date. At a =
SkyWarn training session a few days ago i met some hams from SMH ARC and =
i enjoyed talking with them. I am very interested in joining SMH ARC and =
im going to try to make it to the ragchew on the 6th (with application =
in hand). If my application is accepted i look foward to getting to know =
everybody.
     Now for a matter of "business". I have a 2M IC-2100H and a home =
built antenna (whcich is giving me trouble right now), but i would like =
to buy a HT for mobile communications, skywarn stuff, and =
emergency/public affairs kinda communications. What i am looking for is =
a dual band 2M/440 in good working order with all parts in tact. As =
functionable as possible. If it has extra batteries thats a plus. Im =
looking to spend around $60 or less. I figured id ask around here first =
cause its easier than having something shipped in. Anybody in the area =
that has such an item and is looking to sel please contact me vial the =
