[W1SMH] Run Of The Charles Canoe Race:

Spring is definitely here.  This evening I received a call from Ed, N1VSJ,
asking if I would be able to again assist in providing communications for
the Run Of The Charles canoe race.  This year's race will be held the last
sunday in april, the twenty seventh.  In years past, the club has been
responsible for providing assistance at several levels, & I think that those
of us who have attended will agree, for the most part, that it is a fun
event.

There are many positions open this year, along the race course, which
extends from Dedham, to the river basin.  Hams usually monitor course
safety, as well as the check in points.  There are positions available
starting between 7am & 12pm, finishing as late as 4pm.
