[W1SMH] 195 Repeater Back Online

The 195 repeater has been running now for 24 hours without interference.


This is both good and bad.

The good is we can use the machine now.  The bad is I had some filtering
equipment ready to install the day the noise went away and now I can't
say for certain the filtering will help.
