Well, christmas season is here, believe it or not.  I am looking for
assistance with this year's parade to be held at 3pm, december 1.  I have
been assured that we will be staging the parade this year in other places
than the St. Mary's common, & feeding groups in as required.  This is a plan
that we implemented years ago, with some success.

We will need to be there at 1:30pm, & should be done by 3:45pm at the
latest.  We will use everybody who can appear, nominally 12-15 volunteers
would be nice.  If you can help this year, contact me & let me know.  I can
