[W1SMH] November sweepstakes (Phone)

    Ok the yearly round of HF contests are fast approaching us!! I am =
thinking about how we might like to do things this year, here at the =
SMHARC? In the past I have gotten a sign-up sheet and people have done =
two or more hour shifts in the club radio room.
    The November Sweepstakes phone contest is from 2100 UTC (1600 EST) =
11/16/02, until 0300 UTC (2300 EST) 11/17/02. I was thinking of possibly =
doing things alittle different this year?
    It is my understanding that if we have at least three club members, =
who are also ARRL members.  We can submit with the club affiliation, and =
the club is able to get credit for the contest. Meaning that folks would =
be able to operate from their shacks.
    I am open to either way, if you could bring your suggestions to the =
rag chew tonight, or e-mail me it would be appreciated. I will make my =
decision upon your replies, and probably by the end of this week.
