[W1SMH] Congratulations to All For great FD Effort

A hearty congratulations is in order for all who helped make SMHARC's FD
2002 a rousing success.
With help from Dick Wall K1XE the numbers are in and everyone should be
proud of how we did. Only one new club record was set and that was by the
VHF/UHF station captained by Glenn/Patty (N1MPT and N1PRU) where the new
record of 283 Qso's surpassed the old record of 249. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

We came close on 40 Mtr where our 670 Q's was just 4 shy of the all time
record of 674.

Our 2002 3A effort out performed last year's 5A effort in almost every
category.  More CW, more Phone, more total Qs, etc.  I'll send you the info.

I can't thank everyone enough and it would be impossible to mention everyone
who contributed to this success without the risk of missing someone. A
special thanks to the station captains, set up and take down crews, the
cooks, night gate keepers, logistics and power plus a special thanks to all
the operators and loggers who made the Q's and everyone else who helped make
this a great CLUB EFFORT.
