[W1SMH] Sturdy Memorial Hospital security request

The following is to all SMHARC members:

We have been requested by the director of security Gary Meagan, to check in
at the security check point at the ER entrance. He asked that we obtain a
visitor badge from them whenever we are going to be in the hospital and up
at the club station.

If security is not at their post, please have them paged via the hospital
receptionist or operator.

This request is anytime, not just for the contests. This is to alleviate
some concerns of hospital employees, of who we are. And if we have a visitor
ID, they will know that we have the permission of security, and that there
is some accountability of our whereabouts.
