[Vintage-Radio] Emerson AU-190

I am trying to restore an Emerson AU-190 1938 vintage tombstone AM/SW
broadcast receiver.

Does anyone know of a source for replacement grille cloth with the original
pattern used by Emerson for this receiver?

Also, the screws that hold the chassis to the case are missing. This is
probably a good thing, since the catalin plastic used to make the case
shrinks with age, and from what I hear, the majority of the cabinets for
these radios has at least one crack. Evidently, years ago someone took the
guts out of the case, and then shoved them back inside without replacing the
mounting screws, so as the cabinet shrunk it was not rigidly constrained to
the chassis and did not crack. I may have to slightly ream out one of the
mounting holes to allow all 4 screws to pass, but there are no cracks in the
case. My question is, does anyone know what kind of "feet" this radio used,
since the mounting holes are flush with the bottom of the case, and the
screwhead would protrude below the case. A conventional screw head would
tend to scratch whatever furniture the radio sits on.

Any info anyone has on this radio would be greatly appreciated.

Don
