[Vintage-Radio] Seeking tubes

Timely request!
In the process of cleaning up my shop area that includes boxes of old 
tubes. One box is marked 211, but the tube is marked VT-4-C . May have 
more than one.
Tube looks new to me but I have no way of testing. What pins would be 
the filament - at least I can find if it's ok. Note no pin marking so
reference from the bottom with the locking pin up.  Not sure about any 
other types -
What I have has military marking you list appears to be commercial 
designation. Can you convert?
Ie. I have a tube VT 127 still looks like original packing by Gammitron??
Advise if interested.
