If you search around the web there are many websites that offer various
editions of tube manuals free online. RCA, Sylvania, etc. You simply have to
download and print them out. Put them in a three-ring binder. It's a bit of
work (especially 2-side printing) but much cheaper. You also can get tube
data that is real hard to find in print.
