[Vintage-Radio] Need Radiola help

Am looking for information on A Brunswick Radiola. It appears to be a
Radiola AR812 reconfigured on an almost square wood panel. Was hinged for
access. Could have been console or table model. I have done a Google search
and found little.
 I do have the Riders service info, but nothing else.
