Hi Bob,

Some of those receivers used a regular slotted set screw in the knobs.  You 
might want to check that.  Otherwise any good Allen assortment should have 
the proper size wrench.  Be sure you seat it as far down as it will go, 
especially if you suspect corrosion.

How was this thing packed?  Bensing that shaft 45 degrees is no simple task, 
especially if no other damage was done to the panel, knob or interior 
bracket.
