[Vintage-Radio] Noise Receiver

       Has anyone ever used a Noise Receiver?  I found one made by Marconi 
Instruments Ltd, England.  Type TF1225A.  It was used by AT&T and has freq 
switch with 8 frequencies from 40 kc to 3886 kc.
