[Vintage-Radio] need cover and callbooks

i need the cover plate that goes over the autotune switch on the front of 
my ARR-5 /r46 hallicrafters receiver. this is the moble version of the SX 
28. I also would like to find a copy of the usa call book from the 
following years for a research project i am working  on  1930's 1940's and 
the 1950's  which years during those 3 decades does not really matter all 
that matters is that the pages are readable.
