Couple things I'd like to add to Larry's list that I find quite useful:
- disposable foam paintbrushes: these come in different sizes, are cut on an angle, can be easily modified by trimming, can be reused, reshaped,
or tossed, and are cheap!
- long wooden swaps: you can get these in a number of places, drugstore/pharmacy comes to mind.
- gun brushes: you can get different size plastic brushes at gun shows(does Kalifornia allow gunshows anymore Larry?)as well as brass and other
types. Obviously you need to be careful with how you use these as they have the ability to scratch and damage things. Just a handy tool to have
for that ocassional need. A cleaning rod can come in handy, too.
You can also heat just behind the head of that old toothbrush and bend it to a different angle for reaching places you can't get to otherwise.
