Hi All,
And may all your fantasy dreams be in analog!
Once upon a time, far far away, in the last century, circa 1976, Sony had a
fantastic stereo product they called the "L" Cassette deck. It used a tape
cassette that was something like one half inch wide. If I recall correctly,
the thickness of the audio tape was also greater than that of the standard
cassette tape.
I sold mine to a close friend who was the low Bass singer for a nationally
known Southern Gospel Quartet. He disposed of it, but can not remember to
whom! Sigh -
I would love to find another of them in good working order. As well as some
of the special tape cassettes that it needs to record and play back with.
If any of you know someone with one, or of a place that might have one for
sale, PLEASE contact me post haste! Thank you.
