Hi All,
I have a match pair of B&W 630 three-way speakers. They are set up so that
they can be bi-wired to enhance the high frequencies. There is a metal
jumper between the audio connections for the tweeter and the midrange and
woofer. If the jumpers are left in, only one pair of audio input cables are
needed. If the jumpers are removed, then one pair of audio input wires go to
the tweeter and a second pair to the midrange + woofer.
I am wondering how much difference in power delivery this bi-wiring setup
makes?
The stereo amplifier has 130 watts continuous RMS output per channel. Am I
losing efficiency by bi-wiring?
Thank you!
