Fred's mention of his Fisher gear reminded me to share this.

A couple of months ago I caught a special segment on NPRs "Next Big 
Thing" program about Al Pugliese's "Fisher Radio Corporation":

It's a great testimony to a guy like us, with a basement full of old 
hi-fi gear, mostly vintage Fishers, and his pasion for restoring and 
listening to them.  "Real watts, real power" as Al says.  He sounds like 
a real nice guy, one who'd be right at home on this reflector.

If you're lucky enough to own a vintage Fisher you probably know of him 
and his website http://fisherdoctor.com/ but for those who don't, 
listening to the interview and looking at his photo gallery will put you 
in lust for one!
