Wake Up List!
This beautiful wood end table measuring 18 wide, 18 deep and 23 inches high
has a bottom firing 15 inch woofer in it. it weighs close to fifty pounds.
It is made by BDS, if those who are reading it to me are seeing the letters
correctly. the model appears to be a W15.
On the back is a row of four spring loaded speaker terminals. The usual L+,
L- and R-, R+. Parallel and about 1.75 inches below is a second row of
spring loaded terminals. Now I am guessing the top is for speaker set 'A'
and the bottom for speaker set 'B'.
There is a fuse located vertically between the first and second spring
loaded terminal to the top and the bottom. There is a second fuse located
vertically between the top third and fourth spring loaded connectors and
the bottom ones.
There is no power cord. There is no plug for a power cord. At least none
that I have found any how.
I believe this dates from the early to mid eighties.
Any ideas as to why it is fused? Who 'really' made it? Whoever it was did
beautiful work and I doubt this sold for much less than $300.
How about it Mr. Bob the wolf? If it exists I know you have heard of it!
Thank you.
