[Vintage-Audio] Mid-80s sony tuner

Folks,

I recently acquired a Sony (ST-JX520A) made in the mid-80s. The memory
backup battery is dead, and the thing is soldered in, and it's
impossible to tell even after extraction what the part number or even
the voltage is- it just happened to be soldered on that spot. I called
Sony and they no longer provide any sort of support or parts for this
model (they might have the parts, but as they no longer have technical
data they wouldn't know how to advise me).

Any chance someone on this list has a tuner (or receiver, I figure) by
Sony from this era and/or knows what battery goes into theirs? Or better
yet, where I can get a manual for the JX520A? I've emailed a few manual
houses with no success.
