Ah.. the FANCY wheels, you meant. I have seen them on some cars.

I think there is some magic in peering through the windshield 
wipers.  Maybe it's that the cops can't see who's driving.  My mother got 
like that about age 80.

Well, I gotta go now.. I'm headed out to find a 6-inch diameter chrome 
exhaust for my Volvo.  They gotta sell them somewhere...
