[Vintage-Audio] Pioneer RT-901

What can you tell me about the quality, reliability and value of the Pioneer
model RT-901 reel to reel deck?  	
	
I have accidentally discovered one that is in very nice overall condition. The
exception being the record head, which shows moderately heavy wear. The play
back head shows only mild wear. Pioneer does have the heads available yet, but
pricy! 	
	
Does anybody know of a person, or company, that can grind and reshape the heads?
If so, who and how do I get in contact with them?  	
	
I have the owners and service manuals for it.
