[Vintage-Audio] Re Ampex Tape

I recall that Ampex had some very bad batches of audio tape that gummed up the
heads on tape decks. What I have here given to me are two new ten inch reels,
3600 foot,back coated, studio quality, number 373173111. Are these good or are
these from the historic bad batches that ruined reel to reel decks?
