[Vintage-Audio] Problems With AR-4's

Greetings, 	
	
The variable resistor potentiometer that controls the tweeter is not functioning
on one cabinet and intermittent on the other. The question is: how do I get
inside the cabinet? No screws anywhere.	
	
I am guessing here, perhaps totally wrong. There are staples on the front grill
cloth that I can remove. Are there screws beneath the cloth?	
	
Any help anyone can offer will be appreciated. Thanks.
